Vision

Our ultimate vision is to have a facility large enough to house 100 horses. Sounds like a lot, but so many horses need our help. We want to provide sanctuary for horses who are not adoptable and have as many as possible adopted.

We want to be able to have facilities to house therapeutic programs for women, children and veterans. We want to have a staff that includes a barn manager to care for the horses; a licensed professional counselor; and a NARHA (http://www.pathintl.org/) certified riding instructor.

This is an ambitious goal with the initial property/facility costs estimated to be about $3,000,000. To someone, that is not a lot of money.  Until we have new facilities, we will continue with the dedicated volunteers who support TaPs and use the 12 acres in Rockwall and acreage in Farmersville to house as many horses as we can afford to feed.
